Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and looking to work in a restaurant with a long-standing tradition?

Pasta Sentral is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our kitchen team in Bergen, Norway. Every day, we prepare fresh homemade pasta, bake authentic pizzas in our wood-fired oven, and serve classic Italian dishes made with high-quality ingredients.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality Italian dishes
• Produce fresh homemade pasta and other kitchen preparations
• Prepare and bake pizzas in a wood-fired pizza oven
• Assist with food preparation before service
• Work efficiently during busy à la carte service
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the kitchen team

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience as a chef or pizza chef in a restaurant
• Is passionate about Italian food and quality ingredients
• Works efficiently and stays organized under pressure
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Is reliable, positive, and a strong team player
• Speaks fluent English. Norwegian is an advantage but not required.
