We're Hiring: Field Service Technician – Travel Across Scandinavia

Do you enjoy travelling, working with your hands, and seeing different places every week?

We are primarily looking for candidates based in Eastern Norway (Oslo region) or Western Norway (Bergen region), as these are our operational hubs.

What We're Looking For:

• You are someone who:

  • enjoys practical, hands-on work

  • enjoys travelling and working at different locations

  • works well independently and in small teams

  • has a positive attitude and good communication skills

  Previous experience in cleaning, service or technical work is an advantage, but not required. Full training will be provided.

  Requirements

  • Based in Eastern Norway (Oslo area) or Western Norway (Bergen area)

  • Valid Category B driving licence

  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Scandinavia

  • Flexible regarding working hours (day, evening and occasional night work)

  • Able to communicate in English, Norwegian or another Scandinavian language

  • Good physical condition

Arbeidsoppgaver

What You'll Do:

• Apply professional cleaning and textile protection treatments

• Work on-site at hotels, offices, cruise ships, cinemas and public buildings

• Travel extensively throughout Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and sometimes in EU

• Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail

• Maintain equipment and materials

• Work independently and as part of a small travelling team

• Represent Fiber ProTector professionally with customers

You'll work with a small professional team protecting carpets, furniture and textiles in hotels, offices, cruise ships, cinemas and other commercial environments throughout Scandinavia. Extensive travel is an essential part of the job.
