Kongsvold Fjeldstue is known for its good kitchen, traditional dishes, and warm atmosphere. This is an opportunity to work in a unique mountain environment with focus on quality, good ingredients, and homemade food. If the cooperation works well and you would like to stay in Norway after the season, there may also be opportunities for continued work at other hotels within the Frich’s group.
The position includes breakfast service, lunch preparations, and evening shifts. The hotel has 36 rooms and serves a breakfast buffet every morning. In addition, the hotel operates a small café/kro connected to the hotel, serving sandwiches, sour cream porridge, and traditional Norwegian dishes.
At the beginning of the season, you may sometimes work alone in the kitchen except on Fridays and Saturdays. During the high season, there are usually two people working in the kitchen.
