Wector Yachting AS is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fiberglass Technician to join our growing team.
Wector Yachting AS is based on Skjerkøya in Bamble municipality and operates one of Norway’s largest marine service facilities. Our center includes:
- 9,000 m² of indoor storage
- 35 decares of outdoor space
- Full-service workshops and maintenance services
- Fiberglass and repair operations
- Seasonal boat preparation
- A fully equipped parts shop
We are co-located with Andvik Propellers and Seilbåtsenteret, forming a strong maritime environment.
We are looking for a practical and quality-driven fiberglass technician with a strong focus on finishing work. You will play a key role in ensuring that every boat leaves our facility in excellent condition.
- Repair damage to plastic and fiberglass boats
- Fill, sand, and adjust surfaces to achieve high-quality results
- Perform finishing work and quality control
- Prepare surfaces for painting and post-treatment
- Assist with or perform painting work
- Assemble and disassemble parts when needed
- Maintain organization in the workshop
- Experience with finishing work, surface treatment or painting
- High attention to detail
- Strong understanding of quality requirements
- Practical skills and hands-on mindset
- Commitment to delivering quality work
- Experience in fiberglass, composites or auto body repair
- Experience with painting, sanding or surface work
- Background in marine or technical trades is an advantage
- Category B driving license
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
- Reliable and structured

Friday: 07:30 – 13:30
€3,050 – €4,100 before taxes per month, depending on experience
