The ideal candidate:

• Has proven experience preparing sushi and à la carte dishes.

• Can work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Is reliable, responsible, and has a positive attitude.

• Pays close attention to food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

• Speaks English. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage but not required.

As our Sushi & À La Carte Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing high-quality sushi and à la carte dishes.

• Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency.

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

• Following food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Managing food preparation and daily kitchen operations.

• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Contributing to a positive and professional team atmosphere.
