Arbeidsoppgaver

Bakers (Part-Time & Full-Time)

• Shift: 04:00--12:00

• Rotating schedule Monday--Sunday

General Employees (Part-Time & Full-Time)

• Shifts between 07:00--19:30

Responsibilities may include:

• Barista work

• Customer service

• Cleaning

• Cash register

• Food preparation

• Opening and closing duties

• Baking work is optional depending on interest and experience

Racoon Coffee is a down-to-earth and charming coffee shop in the heart of Ålesund.

We bake from scratch 7 days a week and serve breakfast, lunch, fresh bakery items, and high-quality barista drinks.

Our team members often work across several areas of the shop, so the days are varied, fast-paced, and hands-on.

As we continue to grow in 2026, we are looking to expand our team again

We are opening an additional location in Ålesund Storsenter with frozen yoghurt, acai, great coffee and more.

We are looking for team members for both locations.
